私も当事者ではないのでよくわからないのだが、ちょっと調べてみると地上波アナログ放送の再送信問題というのは、特にケーブルテレビさんにおいては全国いろいろと問題をかかえているようだ。
地元、特に視聴者の要望で阪神戦を見たいためとか、東京のキー局をみたいとかでがんばろうとするケーブルテレビと、地元テレビ放送局へ有料で配信しているキー局、それを管轄する総務省・・・・その中でいろいろとやりあっているというのが現状か。
