安心していける店 「おか泉」
前の店で、もう少しで無銭飲食になるところであった「信州うどん隊」であったが、なんとか課題であったセルフうどん店もクリアしたところで時間は午後５時過ぎ。
当然製麺所系のうどんは食べられるはずもなく
「この時間で近くにうどん店はないか」
と、今回の道案内バイブルとなったレンタカーの営業所でもらった観光協会刊「さぬきうどん百店満点」というパンフレットを開く。このパンフは店の営業時間と地図が載っているのでとても助かるのだ〜
「坂出なら、おか泉が近いよな」
おおぉ・・・おか泉。
この名前にはちょっと親近感があるのである。
「よしそこへ行こう」
カーナビの電話番号検索でも一発でかかった。
「さぬきの里」から、道１本であった、
そして車を走らせること数分、おか泉に到着。その店は一般のうどん店であった。
ところが食事時なのか、店の前の駐車場は一杯。
「店の裏の駐車場があるらしいぞ」
案内看板をうどん隊隊員が見つける。
店の裏へまわると、広い駐車場があった。
店の横の狭い路地を通って玄関にはいる。
今までの２店とはまったく違う、一般店である。ちょっとホッとする。
さて注文であるが・・
やはり一般店、今までの店よりはちょっと・・・というか倍くらい高いのである。
すでに来る途中の電車で腹を満たし、さらに２つのうどん店をはしごしている我々には、この値段と一般うどん店の量はちょっと辛い・・・
「あ・・、ちびっこうどんってのがあるよ」
隊員の一人が気づいた。
「おれもそれでいいや」
５人のうち３人が「ちびっこうどん」、２人は名物である「天ぷらうどん」を頼んだ。
ちなみに私は後者。
そして、それはきた。
その天ぷらの大きさに愕然とした。
しまった・・・・そういえば、１店目の「大円」でも天ぷら喰ってるじゃん、オレ・・
しかし本当の恐怖は次にやってくる。。。
ちびっこうどん。
それは確かに「ちびっこ」うどんであった。
量は確かにちびっこ。
そして、かわいいお菓子もちびっこ向け・・・・
「量だけじゃないのかー」
当たり前と言えば当たり前なのだ。
こうして２人の巨大エビ天格闘と、３人のお子様お菓子の格闘がはじまった。
こんなんで大丈夫か！？信州うどん巡礼隊！

結局、岡山の学会は雨続きで遠出どころでは
なかったです。私も引越し疲れで。
まずは岐阜市内と名古屋探索からかなーと
思いながら過しています。それではまた。
新しい職場は机のところにケーブルきてなくて
共用PCがあるだけなので、情報化って
大事なんだな〜と感じています。
