信州さぬきうどん巡礼隊、発足！
平成１７年の暮れに「信州さぬきうどん巡礼隊」は発足した。
きっかけは主宰の安江が学会で訪れた高松で、さぬきうどんに出会ってしまったことからはじまる。
その奥の深さ、地域の密着度、そしてうどんの概念を覆してしまった衝撃は、信州に戻ってからも脳裏・・・いや舌先や喉に強く焼き付いていた。
そこで、職場の仲間５人とともに、聖地香川へ再び赴くべく結成したのが「信州さぬきうどん巡礼隊」である。
名付け親は、快く高松で出迎えていただいた香川大学医学部の原教授。
紹介するごとに「伊那の・・・・」とか「うどん巡りの皆さん」などと変幻自在の名称であったが、おおむねこんな感じで決まりである。
まぁ名前なんてそんなもんだ。
